Speaking at 9:15am opening panel - This conversation brings together Panchita Calfín (Mapuche leader and defender of cultural survival) and Sachem HawkStorm (Schaghticoke First Nations hereditary Sachem and advocate for land rights and sovereignty), moderated by Mitzy Clementina Bautista (Quechua Aymara communicator and cultural strategist). Together, they will share how ancestral knowledge and storytelling traditions carry forward resilience, protect future generations, and illuminate pathways to climate justice rooted in reciprocity and belonging.
