Will George’s directorial debut follows his journey to stop the Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion project from being built on his Nation’s unceded land without their consent. As he faces prison time in a racist legal system, he connects with his culture to heal the lands, waters and himself. Warrior Spirit is a moving exploration of resilience, decolonization, and the ongoing struggle for justice.

The premiere includes a panel discussion featuring Will George, Tzeporah Berman, Raven Trust, and members of Will George’s family.

Hosted by @coexistencefilms and @protecttheinlet, in collaboration with @stand.earth, @reel_causes, and @raven_trust, this premiere is a collective effort to stand in solidarity with Indigenous justice and healing, while learning, connecting, and rallying support for @willgeorge36.
